Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and select countries/regions in Europe. Available shipping destinations are displayed at checkout and may vary by location.

Carriers

We may use carriers such as DHL, USPS, FedEx, UPS, or other logistics partners to fulfill deliveries. The actual carrier will be confirmed in your shipping notification.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. Any such delays will be communicated via your order page or email notification.

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

  • United States: Free shipping on orders over USD $160

  • Canada, Australia, and Europe: Free shipping on orders over USD $260

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method. Free shipping eligibility and thresholds (if applicable) are displayed at checkout and may vary by region.

Duties & Taxes

In some cases, your order may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are determined by the regulations of the destination country or region.

Please note that these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. If duties or taxes are not shown as included at checkout, they are generally payable by the recipient upon delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Estimated delivery times are as follows (as displayed at checkout):

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Australia & Europe: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier-related issues. If your delivery exceeds the expected timeframe, we will notify you via email or SMS and assist with carrier inquiries or alternative arrangements.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You may also visit our Order Tracking page  and enter your order number to view the latest status. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Damage & Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and items. Upon verification, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution. You may be asked to supply tracking details and relevant communication records as supporting documentation.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays, additional fees, or returned shipments.

Shipping Exceptions

If you experience any shipping issues such as prolonged tracking inactivity, misdelivery, or damage, please contact us as soon as possible  and provide your order number and tracking number. We will assist in coordinating with the carrier to resolve the issue.
